Accordingly, the mother of the children should be Shivon Zilis, one of the top executives of the 51-year-old. She works at Neuralink, a neurotechnology company researching connections between the brain and computers.
But Zilis is not only smart, but also extremely sporty. According to the Yale website, she is one of the best ice hockey athletes in the history of the university and, among other things, led her team to the championship.
According to Business Insider, the twins are said to have been born in November 2021 – just weeks before Musk and singer Grimes’ (34) second child was born. Neither Musk nor Zilis have yet confirmed the birth of the twins.
In April, Musk and Zilis allegedly requested that the twins’ names be changed, according to court documents: The children will “take the father’s last name and include the mother’s last name as part of their middle name,” Business Insider quoted as saying. A judge in Austin, Texas reportedly approved the request in May.
Musk has been a father seven times: with his first wife, Canadian writer Justine Musk (49), to whom he was married from 2000 to 2008, he has five sons. However, the couple’s firstborn child died in infancy. In 2010, the SpaceX boss married British actress Talulah Riley (36). The childless marriage initially lasted until 2012. From 2013 to 2016 the two were married again. The 51-year-old has been in a relationship with Grimes since 2018. In addition to daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, who was carried to a surrogate mother in December 2021, they also have son X Æ A-Xii (2).
