The surprising change of coach from Marco Rose to Edin Terzic has not only resulted in winners among the players at Borussia Dortmund. For three stars, this now threatens the end under the new man on the line.

Winner trio: While the prospects for oldie Marco Reus (32), Julian Brandt (26) and youngster Youssoufa Moukoko (17) have improved significantly, things are looking much bleaker for three BVB stars. They have to tremble after the change of coach, as the “image” writes.

Loser Can: According to “Bild”, Emre Can (28, contract until 2024) can leave the club if another club pays a fee of 15 to 20 million euros. The new competition in the central defender position and in defensive midfield is great. With an annual salary of ten million euros, Can is one of the top earners.

Loser Hazard and Guerreiro: Thorgan Hazard (29, contract until 2024) was mostly on the bench during Terzic’s first tenure. With Karim Adeyemi adding even more competition, the Belgian may well leave the club for €20m. And Raphael Guerreiro (28, contract until 2023) should no longer have good prospects with black and yellow. FC Barcelona is interested, the Portuguese could go for 25 million euros.

Short, compact, clear
