the state Duma Deputy Yevgeny Primakov, the grandson of former Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov, was appointed head of Rossotrudnichestvo. The decree on appointment was signed by President Vladimir Putin.

Primakov will replace after the head of Rossotrudnichestvo Eleanor Mitrofanov, who transferred in June to work in the Ministry of foreign Affairs.
