"Yellow" is the second level of weather risk, which means potentially dangerous weather.
In Moscow and Moscow region, warning the storm is valid from 09:00 to 21:00 on July 19.
Same level of weather danger declared on the territory of Orel, Kursk, Voronezh and Tambov oblasts in the Central Federal district.
Sunday in the Moscow region is expected plus 21-23 degrees, the variable region, and intermittent rain with thunderstorm. North-Western and Northern wind will blow 3-8 m / sec, but during a thunderstorm possible gusts up to 15 meters per second.
