The Chairman of the CEC of Russia, Ella Pamfilova said the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail mishustina “wild animals”, but he still could wear the mask during the voting on amendments to the Constitution.

A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution is taking place in Russia from 25 June to 1 July. Before the main day – Wednesday, July 1 – the voting took place outside of the polling place (including in adjoining areas), non-home voting, remote electronic voting in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region and vote on the location through the mechanism of “Mobile voters”.

Turnout by 18: 00 GMT is of 63.32%.
