30 contestants will represent Moscow at the all-Russian qualifying competitions WorldSkills Russia 2020, which will be held from August 1 to August 20. They will fight for qualification to the finals. This was reported in the press service of the Metropolitan complex of social development.

Qualifying competition for the finals of the National championship VIII “Young professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) will be held in August on the 27 competencies in distance / on-site format. Participants will be young people aged 14 to 25 years. For the rest of the competencies the winners of the regional stages will be taken in the national finals, without any further testing. Thus, participants will be more, and in the national championship will feature more than 2.8 thousand people from all regions of Russia. For comparison: in 2018, there were 700, and in 2019 — fifteen hundred. As experts will perform more than 700 people.

the Competition will be held on the grounds of colleges and specialist centres. Experts and their assistants will monitor the progress of competition and to monitor strict compliance with the rules in real time.
