managed to do something that previously did not have the time?

Sergey Karasev: actually not enough time to seriously work out with a guitar. All my life I wanted to master this tool but did not work. In childhood, of course, it was more about the acoustic guitar, and when I became older and started to listen to heavy music, lit up the electric guitar. But it was not possible to acquire it, it is time for her to do. Three or four years ago, kind of started to learn, but gave up. And so a year ago I decided to resume training. Now in isolation for almost a month every day for two hours. Take lessons from a teacher via Skype: it seems to work. Of course, a lot of time to spend with my family. The people in our profession usually this is not possible: the whole month to be together with family, children.

Your colleague Eugene Turbines were told that you had friends on musical grounds. And even thinking to organize the group…

Sergey Karasev: became good Friends not because of music, but just felt a natural affinity. Have been friends for over 20 years. He’s really a drummer, played in several bands before got involved with refereeing. We’re on the subject of the group talked. Why not, especially musical tastes are similar. The only thing in terms of mastery of the instrument he’s much more professional than me. And I’m the kind of person who will do something only if I am sure that they are able to do it well. So for the moment, continue studying. While doing this just for myself. Not set myself any deadlines.

Thanks to the social networks as support the form of the players already know everything. And how do the judges?

Sergey Karasev: the Exercises we are about the same as during the season. I think now many arbitrators lack the ability to run. The fitness centers are closed, and therefore no access to a treadmill, bike and especially to the gym. As for me, I was lucky, in my town there is a place to do work on sprints, speed work, just go for a run, jumper work to do. Like everyone, there is a special Mat for balance. Make certain exercises are looking for balance at different angles and thus strengthen the muscles and ligaments around the knees. There is another bike that twist almost every day for 40 minutes. While cross-country work in a day or two on the third. By and large, I perform a set of exercises, which has long us sends UEFA. However, some will adapt it for yourself: if you do everything they suggest, is some kind of transcendent, athletic level. But everyone your age, your physiological features. We can say that for me pAna workouts, nothing changed.

some sort of brand exercise, our readers can advise?

Sergey Karasev: Yes, all exercises can now be found on the Internet. It is necessary to swing a press, the back: so many ways how to do it. Plus running work, you can replace the running the stairs up and down to climb quickly, descend slowly. This will be enough for even four or five steps. That would be a good cardiorobotics. I understand that to nagivate circles on 60 square meters the apartment complicated.

How do you keep the referee form?

Sergey Karasev: as soon As it was announced about the suspension of the season, the officiating Department of the RFU immediately sent us the program, so to speak, of physical activity. But it is similar to the program of UEFA. The judges of the international category know it, but for the rest of the guys that sent from the RFU, very useful. There’s a lot: and exercise at home, and for those who have the opportunity to run. Plus we have a chat, where I laid out the clips with the controversial episodes that everyone can watch and make your decision. In addition, dismantle the clips UEFA. Since the beginning of self-isolation UEFA sent us about 60 clips that we worked with sent their decisions on them.

This is something like a test?

Sergey Karasev: Not quite. Things you need to do keep yourself in good shape. Judge field, of course, quite different, but for lack of a better we watch clips. We are given two or three days to formulate its decision: when all has passed, gives an answer of judicial Committee of UEFA, with whom you can match your opinion. Thus, you gradually develop a particular line of refereeing. Something similar we do in training camp, when everyone sitting in the hall, and the clips show us on the big screen. Now do the same thing, only in different countries. This situation, in the clips from all sides: from the chief judge, from the VAR. A special graph, which indicate whether intervention OPTIONS, and if so, why. We all filled in and sent to UEFA. I think the RFU will be about the same. Today was an interesting experience, when UEFA sent the full match for judges and inspectors who have to perform. Required to fill in the summary table: what mistakes were made that need to improve, where the judge understood correctly, was organized team work and so on. In fact, the judges acted as inspector: fully watched the game, analyzing judicial decisions.

fitness coaches are closely watching the form of players even at a distance. You somehow controlled?

Sergey Karasev: At Rosetti, we had a system of tracking heart rate. Then for some reason stopped judges to monitor. But the judges UEFA from the top of the basket and the first basket, for example, Alexey Eskov and Vladislav Bezborodov, from UEFA know it inside out. Now connected and assistants who go abroad for international matches. We all have a duty to report its work each day. There is a special program in it, you choose what you did, how much time. Take off all the data. All this analyzes a special Department of UEFA and sends feedback: where something is reinforced, and where, conversely, decreased physical activity, if they see some kind of overtraining. I work with this program already five or six years from the moment that came in the first judicial basket League. For me it is routine.
