Fighter of the Lebanese movement "Hezbollah" died as a result of the Israeli air force strike in the South of Damascus on Monday, reported RIA Novosti in the press service of the Shiite movement.
"Yes, we officially confirmed the death of one of our fighters as a result of enemy air RAID near Damascus. The funeral took place yesterday (Wednesday) in his native village fighter Itit in southern Lebanon", – said the Agency interlocutor.
Official statements about the occupation of the deceased and his title is not given. There were no official statements from the Shiite movement about a response.
The Secretary-General "Hezbollah" Hassan Nasrallah repeatedly in his speeches said that the Shiite resistance intends to respond to any aggression by Israel, including the murder of their colleagues, regardless of whether it happened in Lebanon or abroad.
On Monday, the Ministry of defence SAR stated of the attack, the Israeli air force from the Golan heights in the South of Damascus, Syria’s air defense repelled the attack, knocking most of the air targets.
