Virologist, doctor of medical Sciences Anatoly Elstein spoke about the difficult decisions of CPS in terms of the epidemic of coronavirus in Russia. This he reasoned in an interview with NSN.
According to him, the Federal service makes decisions “in a very difficult and controversial period of our lives during coronavirus”.
“And what decision nor take — all is bad. To open a shop is bad. Close — too bad. But you need to comply with the requirements of the state,” explained virologist, adding that the gradual abolition of restrictive measures is a logical and medical reason.
Altstein added that the mask and gloves really able to reduce the risks of infection COVID-19, is particularly necessary these measures will be in public transport. He recalled that the potential for infection depends on the area, and the density of people in the room.
According to the program of the CPS, the removal of restrictions will take place in three stages. The first will be allowed to play sports on the street and walk with the children on the second will begin work educational institutions and shops at the end of the open parks and squares.
