Actor Mikhail Efremov will give testimony in the case about road accident with their participation at the end of the trial. As reported TASS, told his lawyer Elman Pashayev.
On 8 June, as reported by “the Rambler”, Efremov intoxicated behind the wheel of the car “Jeep Grand Cherokee” (Jeep Grand Cherokee) drove into oncoming traffic on Smolensk square in Moscow and collided with a car Lada (Lada). The driver “Frets” has died. In relation to Ephraim opened a criminal case on violation of traffic rules. He was placed under house arrest.
Yesterday in Presnensky district court of Moscow was held a preliminary hearing on the case of Ephraim. In the course he had considered the question of the measure of restraint to the actor. The hearing did not take place because the Pasha failed to appear at him, and was postponed for today.
Today Pashayev said that Ephraim will testify at the end of the trial, and that he would request the review of his case in a special manner, which allows to expect a lesser sentence than provided the article on which criminal case.
“Can be considered in a special order, but you need to admit guilt. We do not recognize it”, — explained the lawyer.
