Doctors and their supporting citizens in the midst of the epidemic took to the streets of major Argentine city of Cordoba to protest against threats to health workers and violation of their rights, reports local newspaper La Voz.

"We are not heroes or murderers, we are doctors. Enough of ill-treatment. Stop blaming us. Enough threats" – with these slogans the people went out. Doctors complain of low pay and delayed salaries.

In the action involves a large number of cars lined up and honking, slow driving on city streets. Some on the bonnet lies a protective medical suit.

They are accompanied by citizens who in masks, trying to keep his distance, standing on the roadside, clapping and chanting slogans. Some brought their children with them.

Protests were held in three cities of the province of Cordoba – Rio Cuarto, Carlos Paz, Alta Gracia.
