the Vast majority of Ukrainians receive a pension below the subsistence level, said Deputy Minister of social policy Natalia Anychance. According to her, almost 83% of pensioners in Ukraine receive a pension of up to 4000 hryvnia, which is below the actual subsistence minimum.
Anychance, which quoted the press service of the Ministry of social policy of the country, explained this situation by the shadow diagrams to the calculation of wages and the imperfection of the solidarity pension system.
the Deputy Minister warned that without change in the situation of pensions of Ukrainians in the future will be even less.
Earlier, the MP suggested the pensioner to sell a dog to pay for utility services.
