The government of Ukraine appointed the new head of the State tax service Alexei Lyubchenko, reports “Strenia”.

Lubchenco worked as first Deputy head of the tax administration in the Kirovohrad region, and later headed the tax administration of the Cherkasy region. In 2005 he resigned from the tax service and Deputy head of Kirovohrad regional administration. Four years later returned to the tax authorities and for two years worked as Deputy Chairman of the service. Later was the assistant Deputy of Cherkasy region Viktor Tymoshenko.

As reminiscent of “24 channel”, April 24, at the extraordinary meeting, the government dismissed the former Chairman of the state tax service Sergei Vilanova, his Deputy Dmitry Ventskivskyy, the head of the customs service Maxim Nefedov and his deputies. The resignation could trigger the ex-Minister of Finance Igor Umansky due to the “tightening” of VAT.
