The literal name of the region is important for innovative development – “the Formation of financial model of the impact of investment projects of Ugra long-term planning of revenues and expenditures of the budget”, or so-called “investment budget”. The head of the region Natalia Komarova spoke in detail about the launch of this priority project.
– the Department of economic development has proposed to establish a mechanism to conduct in respect of investment projects financial evaluation, as well as their impact on the socio-economic development of the region, – said Natalia Komarova. – For this we need to establish a unified electronic database of projects, placing them in accordance with the rating budget efficiency. In addition, there should be their selection with the aim of immediate implementation, to plan income and expenditure budget, taking into account the impact of investment projects.
Developed in Ugra assessment model will allow to effectively conduct long-term planning, including in the social sphere. In the end, it is necessary for rational spending of budget funds and the successful development of the region. These goals made the region the head of Ugra Natalia Komarova.
– the Main task of the project – increase of efficiency of use of means of Treasury of the region allocated for the implementation of investment projects. We will be able to select and support projects with the highest budget efficiency. The goal will be achieved through the use of artificial intelligence technologies. No later than December 2021 will be developed special software for these purposes, – said the Deputy Governor Nikolay Milkis.
About how to implement projects, including those aimed at the execution of national programmes, said the Director of project management Department in Yugra Danila Golubev:
– the district launched 69 projects, including 52 in the regional status, but are part of the Federal. The agreement on the implementation 47 of them were concluded with the Federal authorities. 29 provide Federal funding. Signed 200 agreements with municipalities on provision of subsidies from the budget of the district. For the implementation of regional projects in 2020, provided 33.5 billion rubles.

– So, in the framework of the project “Housing” since the beginning of this year, the district commissioned 226,237 thousand square meters of housing. 94,204 of them – at the expense of individual housing construction. the project “the Formation of a comfortable urban environment” reached a checkpoint on the conclusion of contracts between the Department of energy utilities and County and municipal entities for the execution of works on landscaping of places of mass rest of people, urban parks, waterfronts, etc.
