The SP-group in the national Council has two new members: The Zurich-based Daniel Frei and Basel bidder Samira Marti follow Chantal Galladé (45, Zurich) and Susanne Leutenegger Oberholzer (70, BL). Both were on Monday the oath of office.

New youngest member in the national Council

The 39-year-old Daniel Frei, managing Director of the Association of social services in the district of Dielsdorf is and since 2014 a member of the Parliament, where he is now for his office as a national Council. From 2012 to 2017, President SP Canton of Zurich.

Samira Marti is 24 years old, a student and Co-Vice-President of the SP, the Basel area. She is currently the youngest member of Parliament. So far, this is the role of the Zurich-based Fabian Molina (28) had – he also is a member of the SP who had come in March in the national Council. (SDA/duc)
