The party leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky has named the date of the appointment of the acting Governor of the Khabarovsk territory instead of Sergey Furgala, arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. On air of radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda” he said that this decision will be taken on Monday, July 20.

“I was told that on Monday the President will sign the decree. All there is left to wait for us for two days. On Monday, a day we’ll know the name of the new acting Governor,” — said the leader of LDPR.

According to Zhirinovsky, for this position it is planned to appoint a member of the liberal democratic party.

“We were promised that it will be a representative of the liberal democratic party, while others seemingly not considered”, — said the politician.

Earlier, the Deputy of the state Duma from LDPR Cyril Cherkasov called the possible successors who can replace Furgala. According to him, Zhirinovsky has endorsed three candidates: the Chairman of the Duma Committee on sport Mikhail Degtyarev, head of the Duma Committee on economy and entrepreneurship Sergey Zhigareva and Deputy Andrei Andreychenko.
