The President of the United States Donald trump is unhappy with the actions of China in respect of Hong Kong, said on Tuesday the press-Secretary of the White house Keighley Makineni.

"he said He was unhappy with the attempts of China and it is difficult to imagine how Hong Kong would continue to be a financial center, if China wins," she said.

Makineni refused to answer specific questions, saying that everything that the President wanted her told to media.

Advisor to the President for national security Robert O'Brien said in an interview with NBC that the US can impose sanctions against China, if Beijing, through the national security bill "grab" of Hong Kong. Later, China made the United States the view because of statements by American officials on the draft law on national security in Hong Kong and said that China will take countermeasures if the U.S. continues to undermine the interests of China.

Any decision of the PRC, which will affect the autonomy and freedom of Hong Kong, will lead to the revision of the U.S. approach to the principle of "one country, two systems", said earlier the US Secretary of state Mike Pompeo. According to him, the United States condemns the inclusion in the agenda of vsekitajsky meeting of national representatives of the national security bill to Hong Kong. It bypasses legal procedures of Hong Kong and ignores the will of its people, added Pompeo. The Secretary of state called it a "death knell" of the autonomy of the region.

The head of administration of Hong Kong Carrie Lam expressed support for consideration of the bill, stating that its adoption will not affect the rights and freedoms of Hong Kong residents. As previously reported the South China Morning Post, the bill on national security developed specifically for Hong Kong, will include a ban on subversive and separatist activities. According to sources, the law prohibits any kind of incitement aimed at the overthrow of the Central government, as well as terrorism and external interference.
