The US President Donald trump said that he intends to invite Russia to the summit "Big seven", which he is planning to move from June to September, reports RIA "news" with reference to the journalists of the presidential pool.

"I do not think that the G7 is sufficiently representative of what is happening in the world. This is a very outdated group of countries," said trump.

He explained that he would like to see the summit also representatives of the Russian Federation, India, South Korea and Australia.

Earlier, Donald trump has announced that it intends to hold a G7 summit in face-to-face format, 10-12 June, despite the pandemic coronavirus. Later, the presidential administration said that the summit could be rescheduled for the end of the month.
