John Hilgert was among ten people who were killed at Astroworld.

After John Hilgert, 14, was killed in a crowd surge at the Astroworld music festival, his family filed a lawsuit against Travis Scott.

According to reports, the family has filed a lawsuit seeking changes to make concerts safer. According to reports, the proposed changes include increased security and medical facilities as well as assigned seating.

Attorney Richard Mithoff stated that “No one should be killed going to a concert”, in a statement to FOX 26 Houston.

Hilgert was a freshman in Memorial High School, Houston.

Fox26’s Mr. Hilgert said that the pain caused by John’s death at an event like this was too much. He was a young man of beauty who just wanted to have fun with his friends and enjoy the first concert.

Hilgert’s friend was also represented by the family’s attorney. He was hurt in the crowd surge, but made it out.

Scott was on stage when the surge left ten people dead. He has been criticised for allowing the show to continue even though people were struggling in front of him.

The rapper claimed that he did not know the gravity of his situation.

Numerous lawsuits against Scott and the organizers of events have been filed following the death at Astroworld. Ten people were killed and many others were hurt.
