Participants of the tourist market has managed to achieve a softening of the recommendations of the Commission on the organization of work of sanatoriums and resorts. The Agency refused the paragraph directing to settle a only two-week shifts. The resorts also managed to keep the buffet in the restaurants. But you will have two days before leaving on vacation to be tested for COVID-19 and this can be difficult: the laboratory continues to work with interruptions, and people are afraid to go to the clinic.Reception of holidaymakers in the sanatorium should be done only in the presence of negative test COVID-19, which was not less than two days before departure on vacation. This is stated in the recommendations of the CPS for the organization of work of health centers that have been sent to the Federal tourism Agency. Kommersant managed to familiarize with the text of the letter. Also the recommendations contain requirements for testing personnel of sanatoriums and resorts: employees may be allowed to work only if there is a lack of help COVID-19, to check their negative status, the employer must every week.As planned, guests will check into rooms one by one. Exceptions are made for members of the same family and carers. Motels and resorts can save meals at the buffet, but should provide a distancing. On the same principle it is supposed to organize work lines food distribution. A special layout of the resort must apply also in the beach areas, pre-calculating their capacity. Sun loungers need to disinfect after each guest.Guests will measure the temperature, and if there is evidence of SARS — instantly isolate, reporting in the medical part. At the same time the recommendations contain requirements for disinfection of the ventilation of all surfaces, processing areas and housekeeping. The contents of the first version of the text of the recommendations of the CPS for spas and resorts became known in late April. Representatives of the professional community criticized the document for excessive rigidity: it is, in particular, involves the organization include a 14-day shifts and excessive use of disinfectants funds for parks. In the new edition these rules are cancelled. The Chairman of Association of health tourism and corporate health Elena Trubnikova calls the new rules “a solution that meets the security requirements and does not impose on the sanatorium prohibitive financial costs.” “This will allow many resorts to open, most of the measures are workable,” she explains.General Director of tour operator “Dolphin” Sergey Romashkin agree with this opinion. Questions remain only to the order granting edits and testing. “Information about the absence of contact with infected implies the existence of a certificate of epidemiological environment — the same kids get before going to camp in clinics at the place of residence, but many tourists are afraid to once again go to health facilities because of the risk of infection, make an additional stream again ready all the clinics,” he explains. Besides, adds Mr. Romashkin, two days is a hard enough period of compulsory testing: laboratories are working intermittently, and tourists risk not to have time. Major resorts now claim to deploy its own laboratories, he said, but the question is whether they will have time to certify or will carry the analyses in other organizations.Alexandra Mertsalova
