Showbiz is The coronacrisis cut deep in to the hotel and catering industry. All of the issues in our country, will remain closed until further notice, from the smallest, lunchbar, the largest michelin star restaurant. In this new series, we talk to 5 top chefs on how to coronacrisis and their “forced vacation” experience. Today, Wout Bru (51) in menu cards are looking. He was already in a severe financial dip, and know of what he speaks. “My heart bleeds for all the young, budding catering entrepreneurs. They are going to very, very, very tough time ahead of it.”

The terrace is clean. Great safe to keep in your wardrobe. But it was only for a couple of days. I’m not the type that throughout the day you can set foot in. Well, one day it may be, but not a week. And certainly not for three weeks. I should be working on. I need to exercise so I often go jogging, and at the recommendation of my brother, I am also re-cycling. I go now about every two days on the bike. I had forgotten how much of a pain you have to your bottom of it. Well, if that is the case…”
