According to the trade Ministry, the number of customers who used over this time the tax free system, included 203 citizens of foreign countries, mainly China (64%), USA (2,2%), Ukraine (2.8 percent), Israel and Vietnam (2%), Qatar (1.6 percent). The average amount of the check is tax free is about 120 thousand rubles.
