About 33 thousand Russians will receive a new digital professions, by passing free training at the University 2035. On Thursday, July 16, reported TASS the press service of the Autonomous nonprofit organization (ANO) “Digital economy”.

As explained in the organization, 2035 University has opened the applications for obtaining the so-called personal digital certificates.

“the Personal digital certificate — this is a free opportunity for a Russian citizen from 18 to 65 years old to improve their skills and find new opportunities for their careers through acquiring new digital competences”, — said the acting Director of the direction “Personnel for the digital economy” ANO “Digital economy” Valentina Kurenkova.

According to her, to participate in the program will be available to residents of all 85 regions of the country. For participants will be available for training on one of the 22 cross-cutting areas, including programming and creation of it products, artificial intelligence, industrial design and 3D modeling, cyber security and data protection, Internet of things and other. The first set will be announced in September, the duration of training is 72 academic hours.

This initiative has been implemented in the framework of the Federal program “Personnel for the digital economy” national project “Digital economy”. Only the implementation of the national project it is planned to allocate more than 1.8 trillion rubles. It also implies an increase of internal costs for the development of the digital economy at the expense of all sources, the creation of sustainable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data, as well as the transfer of government agencies and organizations to use mainly software developed in Russia.
