“Lena loves Italy,” a friend of the couple is said to have revealed to the “Bild” newspaper. The invitations to the celebration have already been sent to family and friends, the newspaper reports.
After the birth of her child last year, there is another reason for the singer to celebrate. Before that, she and Mark Forster had already said yes at a registry office.
