A member of the Duma Committee on physical culture, sport, tourism and youth Affairs Dmitry Svishchev believes that Mikhail Degtyarev has no chance to cope in the post of acting Governor of the Khabarovsk territory.
Earlier on Monday President Vladimir Putin has appointed the Chairman of the Duma Committee on physical culture, sport, tourism and youth Affairs Mikhail Degtyarev, the acting head of the Khabarovsk territory instead of Sergey Furgala, who was removed from his post “in connection with loss of trust”. .
Svishchev told Degtyarev as a young, energetic, talented leader. “He came in Khabarovsk Krai in difficult times. Two years ago, he planned to head the region, however, another, but, in connection with certain events, he was delayed”, — quotes the Deputy of RIA “news”.
According to him, professional qualities Degtyarev corresponds to the new position. “The experience can be acquired, most importantly, he has a good background — very good communication, administrative resource, support of the center party,” the MP added.
