American doctor Chad Krilich compared the pandemic COVID-19 c a play in three acts. According to him, now mankind is in the second act and close the new, third wave of coronavirus infection. This medic told in an interview with Deutsche Welle.

Coronavirus has put the world economy on a “roller coaster”

Answering the question, at what stage of a pandemic we are now, the doctor said:

“It’s something like three-act plays, and we are now in the second act. Have the third act… the pandemic is likely to influence our social behavior, creation of a vaccine and the like.”

Krilich believes that the authorities should take the necessary measures, since the infection is still spreading, particularly in the United States. According to him, the number of infected in the country is constantly increasing.

“In California, where the ratio of infection is of 1.17 [meaning that one person infected with coronavirus, infects other 1,17]. If we go back to two weeks ago, he was of 1.16. A month ago was of 1.13. Two months ago, to 0.99”, – said the doctor.

The medic called on to provide medicines, test-systems and means of protection.
