Brittany Neff (Neff Brittany) since childhood, sought solace in food when she was overcome by negative emotions. As a result, by the age of 23, she has gained weight to 233 pounds and no longer fit behind the wheel of a car. To weigh in, she had to use balance for fertilizer.

Brittany managed to lose weight thanks to weight loss program offered by the company Optavia. For two years she was down to 80 pounds, and a year ago survived the surgery during which she removed six pounds of excess skin. The woman continues to exercise three or four times a week and follows a diet that requires eating six times a day in small portions.

Soon after the surgery, Brittany was married. Her husband Dwight also suffered from excess weight and 2017 were trying to lose weight. Things went smoothly only after meeting with Brittany. Following its recommendations, he lost 86 pounds, and from the beginning of March he managed to lose 26 pounds. Now the weight is 88 pounds.

Brittany and Dwight believe that, for weight loss it is important to monitor their mental health. In addition, they suggest losing weight to find a community that will support their efforts and try to understand its purpose and the causes which impel them to lose weight.

Earlier it was reported that a resident of the Scottish city of Leuven, weighed 165 pounds, dropped nearly two-thirds of the weight and shared the secret of weight loss. She changed her diet and started to exercise regularly.
