the Supreme State Council of the Union state decides:
1. To award the Union state award in literature and art for 2019 – 2020 for works of literature and art, which contributed greatly to the strengthening of relations of brotherhood, friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the States parties to the Treaty on establishing the Union state.
Alaia Anatoly Ivanovich, the Director of the highest category of the Studio “Chronicle” of the Republican unitary enterprise “national film Studio “Belarusfilm”, a member of the Republican public Association “Belarusian Union of filmmakers”, the national artist of Belarus;
Ephraim Alexander, Director, artistic Director Honoured collective of the Republic of Belarus theatre-Studio of film actors of the Republican unitary enterprise “national film Studio “Belarusfilm”, the national artist of Belarus;

2. This decision shall enter into force from the day of its signing.
