Wearing masks in the stores of England from 24 July will become mandatory. This was reported by the official representative of the Prime Minister’s office. Boris Johnson, already ill by the coronavirus, has personally set the example first appeared in public in a mask.
“Masks in enclosed spaces helping to protect against the virus, so we will introduce a rule for the shopping” – with reference to the representative office RIA Novosti reported.
Failure to comply with the requirement face a fine of up to 100 pounds (125.89 $). The new rules extend to the territory of England, in other regions the decision on measures to combat coronavirus will accept local authorities. Previously, UK residents are obliged to wear protective masks in public transport, and now in stores. The number of cases of coronavirus in the United Kingdom exceeded 290 thousand people.
