the Document makes a recommendation 30% of state Standards, building codes and other mandatory requirements, said Prime Minister on Thursday when inspecting a newly built hospital in Kazan. The remaining requirements, added Mishustin, will be redesigned to be more comfortable for the builders. These measures should reduce construction time, reduce costs and make more transparent all the relations connected with the construction project, said the Prime Minister.

the document, which takes effect from 1 August, is a list of 78 of Standards which remain in the category of mandatory. Now, there are about 10 thousand of mandatory requirements, since August the number fell to about 3 thousand. The project documentation and the engineering survey results submitted for examination until August, should be checked by the same rules – in accordance with the list of rules and regulations approved by the end of 2014.

“I Want to note that the current reduction in the number of mandatory requirements is only one of the first steps. We plan to continue this work in the future to further reduce the burden on business from regulatory authorities,” – said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin. On construction safety reduction in requirements will not affect – cancelled unnecessary and duplicative rules, said the Khusnullin.
