The state Duma will consider a bill that provides penalties for driving a vehicle without permission during the period of emergency.

The author of the initiative is the legislative Assembly of Nizhny Novgorod region. The document has already appeared in the Duma electronic database.

Amendments can be made to the Code of administrative offences (Cao). The developers claim that the bill “is aimed at the preservation of health, reduction of damage to environment and material losses in case of an emergency.” According to the text, for the violation of such citizen of the Russian Federation will be obliged to pay a fine in the amount from 1 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, reports TASS.
