For infringement of epidemiological rules, entailed on imprudence mass disease of people, provides fines of up to 1 million rubles, or deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to three years. If such violation has led inadvertently to the death or was associated with the deliberate creation of the threat of mass disease of people, it will be a fine of up to 2 million rubles or imprisonment for up to five years.
