Recall that the inviolability of borders of Russia – is one of the amendments to the Constitution, voted for by the people of Russia by popular vote.
the authors of the bill were made by the Chairman of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation Andrey Klishas.
According to the law, extremism is recognized violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, including the expropriation of part of its territory.
As previously stated Klishas, Federation Council will consider the law at its meeting on 24 July.
