They will be able to conduct lessons in the school subjects.
– teaching activities on programs of additional education are encouraged to allow students who learn not only the teaching profession, but and students from other universities at the end of two courses, – said the curator of the bill, Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on education and science Lyubov Dukhanina.
Importantly, the program of their training coincided with the direction additional program clubs that they want to lead.
– Responsibility for deciding that a program where students of other universities, the program of additional education rests with the employer, – said Lyubov Dukhanina. – Admission to teaching activities will determine the Ministry of education in coordination with the Ministry of science and higher education and the Ministry of labor.
As noted by the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, the new rules will create for students “the opportunity to try themselves in the profession”. The initiative will help to fill the staff shortage in schools.
In schools, especially in rural areas, not enough teachers. In the first place, of subject teachers in foreign languages and computer science, – said Vyacheslav Volodin. And there are times when in the middle of the year the teacher retires, goes on maternity leave. To find a replacement is difficult, and to leave the classroom without a teacher is impossible.
