The speaker of the city Duma told when the capital will come to a plateau on coronavirus

the Moscow city Duma Chairman Alexei Shaposhnikov said that Moscow will come to a plateau by the coronavirus in the coming weeks. His words are quoted by the press center of the Moscow Parliament.

– Today, all the measures have a delayed effect, because the coronavirus long incubation period, – said the speaker of the Moscow city Duma. We hope that you entered on the moment restrictions will allow by the end of April – beginning of may to reach a plateau, that is, significantly slow the growth of new infections.

While the situation is under control, said Shaposhnikov. In the coming weeks it will become clear which steps in the background of the pandemic Moscow will take in the future.

Only in the capital, according to the latest data, was 26 350 cases of coronavirus, 2026 of them on April 20.
