Under the “regulatory guillotine” got a new package of Soviet acts — more than 450 orders of ministries and state committees of the RSFSR and the USSR canceled this year or in 2021-m, it follows from the published today the decree of the government. For the most part included in the package documents refer to the approval standards of any activity — for example, musical performances in restaurants or loss of certain goods during transportation or storage.The government approved another package of Soviet acts subject to cancellation, this time we are talking about almost five hundred documents of ministries and state committees of the RSFSR and the USSR. As follows from the government decree cancelling the acts were published in the years 1946-1991. Note, this is the third approved by the White house to be the abolition of Soviet acts. The first, involves the invalidation of more than 1.2 thousand governmental acts of the RSFSR and the USSR, was adopted in January, ex-Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The decision to cancel another 3.6 thousand acts in February, has already signed Mikhail Mishustin.In a new package came in, for example, orders of ministries, mainly of the user or establishing standards for particular activities. For example, canceled orders “On the norms of regular performances of singers-soloists of orchestras, serving the cinemas and restaurants” or “On the introduction of how to use lemons weight at the enterprises of public nutrition”, and also about norms of time spent on cosmetic work, or even photographs. The whole block cancel acts for the approval of norms of losses of certain goods during transportation, storage and implementation — for example, Christmas glass ornaments, shrinkage of meat and natural loss of sausages.The bulk of those listed in the decree of acts repealed with the entry into force of the decision of the government, that is, ten days after its publication. Some documents will be abolished from 1 January or 1 July 2021 — informed in the Ministry of justice such delay is explained by the application of certain provisions of such documents and the need to incorporate them into modern legislation.We will remind, in total, on behalf of the then head of the government Dmitry Medvedev cancellation subject about 20 thousand outdated documents from approximately 40 thousand Soviet acts, however, offices remained the ability to save certain documents if necessary.
