Smoking hookahs again allowed in bars and restaurants of suburbs from 1 September. The corresponding decree was signed on Thursday, the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov.

According to the document, the ban on "Smoking hookahs in restaurants, bars, cafes and other similar objects during the period of high alert for authorities and forces of the Moscow regional system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations" will operate until August 31.
