Recommendations published on the website of the all-Russian research Institute on problems of civil defense and emergency situations of EMERCOM of Russia.

For making one liter solution it is recommended to use 830 ml of ethanol (concentration 96%) or 750 milliliters of isopropyl alcohol (concentration of 99.8 per cent). They need to add 40 milliliters of three percent hydrogen peroxide and 15 ml of 98 percent glycerine, and the remaining volume to complement the necessary amount of distilled or boiled water.

After mixing the ingredients need to quickly close the tank lid to prevent evaporation, and gently shake the solution. After transfusion of a liquid needed to survive 72 hours to destroy the new tanks of harmful microorganisms.

MOE recalled that the use of solutions with a concentration of at least 60 percent ethanol or 70 percent isopropyl alcohol is useless, and advised to refuse the replacement of the alcohol with vodka. Rescuers also cautioned against the disinfection with alcohol in pure form, because it leads to skin dryness, irritation, itching and the appearance of microcracks on the skin in which the virus can enter.
