45% of citizens of Russia began to buy less often or even refused to buy alcohol because of the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19. About it reports a press-service of Roskoshestvo.

21-22 April Roskoshestvo and company OMI conducted a sociological study on the impact of the restrictions which were imposed for the sake of fighting the spread of coronavirus infections on the purchasing habits of Russian citizens.

According to the results, 45% of Russians began to buy less often, or completely refused from purchasing alcohol, 38 per cent from confectionery and sweets, 35% of sausage products and delicacies, 24% of fish and 23% from meat, 21% — from cheeses, 16% — from fresh fruits, 13% from fresh vegetables, 28% — neither of which is refused and nothing began to buy less often.
