Head of the laboratory of hydrometeorological center of Russia Lyudmila Parshina in an interview with “Russian newspaper” said that in most parts of the country the weather in August will be within normal or warmer than normal.

She reported that warmer than usual August, it is expected in the North of Western Siberia.

Cooler than usual will be on the South of the European territory — in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories, in republics of the North Caucasus and the Lower Volga: within +30 °C.

Cool August can be in the Altai.

In Moscow and the Moscow region August promises to be within the climatic norm: in the afternoon +20…+25 °C. When the cooling temperature at night can drop to +5…+10 °C, the day will be above +5 °C.
