It pointed out that at the moment, Montenegrin the program “Citizenship by investment” was approved by several applications, but the passports issued in connection with the closing of borders due to the spread of coronavirus.
After the opening of the border a Russian citizen was able to visit the country first, to take the necessary biometric data, and to obtain a passport. The name of the Russian is not specified.
At the same time in Montenegro is forbidden to have dual citizenship. An exception is made only for those who receive citizenship by the above program. On this programme you can apply remotely, applicants need to visit the country once.
In April, the Agency Henley & Partners presented an updated index of passports. It turned out that the most convenient for travel nationality was Japanese. In the organization revealed that the people of Japan can freely enter in 191 countries, while the owners of the “weakest” of the passport of the Afghan war — you can visit without a visa, only 26 countries.
