Russia has closed its borders since March 30, 2020 to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The right to cross the border have only military and civilian personnel of the Russian military bases overseas, workers in the nuclear industry involved in the construction of overseas ships ‘ crews, as well as diplomats, bound for Kaliningrad transit passengers and Russians going abroad for the funeral of a relative.
