The Russian foreign Ministry gave guidance to parents wishing to send children abroad

MOSCOW, April 17 – RIA Novosti. The Director of the Department of foreign Affairs on work with compatriots Oleg Malginov said that parents should send their children abroad only programs known to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and to instruct children about contacts with the Russian embassies.

“All programs training which are carried out between the two countries, the foreign Ministry”, – he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Malginov reminded that the program on the basis of which Russian schoolchildren were in the United States, was with the Russian authorities not aligned and organized in secret.

Keeping contact with embassies and consular offices – an important point that you need to consider all citizens when leaving the country.

“it is not in order for someone to track. This in order to be able in time, immediately come to the rescue in a difficult situation. Therefore, to ignore these things I would really not recommend. This applies to all of our citizens traveling abroad”, – said the diplomat.
