“Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin becomes the character, who invites visitors to the Museum, and then as the guardian angel accompanies them in each of the rooms. The audience can see it already on the way to the Museum of the image, created by artist Leonid Tishkov depicted on the poster”, – told TASS about the new project Director of the Museum Marina Loshak.

Virtual Pushkin not only guide viewers through the halls, but in a particularly ironic manner, a characteristic, talk about the new rules of visiting the Museum.

Finally, you can see the exhibition of masterpieces of graphic art “From dürer to Matisse”, which opened online during a pandemic. The exhibition brings together the work of artists such as Albrecht dürer, Rembrandt, Peter Paul Rubens, Edgar Degas, Mikhail Vrubel, Vassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Kazimir Malevich, Marc Chagall. The exhibition is open until 1 November.

Also the Pushkin Museum has extended the exhibition “Tattoo”. To trace the history of tattoos in different countries in Gallery of art of Europe and America XIX-XX centuries until November 27.

If you are going to the Pushkin Museum, better buy tickets online in advance. Because of the new rules were introduced the sale of tickets for sessions, and for some time the Museum will be able to take four times less visitors than usual.
