Russian Prosecutor General’s office appealed to the Second appellate court of General jurisdiction with the request for a reduction in sentence to Konstantin Kotov, who was convicted under the article about repeated violations at rallies. Earlier, the constitutional court is instructed to revise the sentence to Konstantin Kotov. According to investigators, on 10 August he took part in illegal mass event in Central Moscow, and ignored requirements of employees of the police, after which he was arrested.
