the Supreme court of Russia has registered an administrative appeal challenging the decree of the President about the conduct of the 1 July vote on the amendments to the Constitution. After studying the judge will decide on the acceptance or non-acceptance of the claim to manufacture.

Administrative defendant claimed the Russian President.

on 10 June, the Supreme court rejected a similar claim filed by Victor Masarykovy.

Vladimir Putin on 1 June signed a decree on holding of voting on amendments to the Constitution. The corresponding decision he made at the meeting with the working group for preparation of amendments and declared this day a holiday. Co-chair of the working group, the head of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov said that the Russians will be able to vote from 25 June to 1 July.

the vote on the amendments to the Constitution was scheduled for April 22, but due pandemic coronavirus was postponed. On 28 may, the CEC approved the recommendation of the Commission on organization of voting.
