Smigel, believes that the failure of water may lead to a humanitarian disaster, “and we want no authors”, – TASS quoted the Ukrainian Prime Minister.

Ukraine has blocked the supply of fresh water to Crimea through the North-Crimean channel in the spring of 2014. These supplies are covered up to 90% of country’s needs in the water. Over the past five years in the Crimea was implemented the project on use of underground waters for water supply of population of the Peninsula.
