the Ministry of justice of Russia is preparing a draft law suggesting the parties participate in court hearings from home or office over the Internet. On may 3 reported TASS with reference to the press service Agency.

“it is planned to introduce the courts at all levels of the practice of admission of participants to participate in the hearing not only through existing and currently in the system video conferencing, which is a software and hardware funds of the courts, but a similar system, allowing the exchange of information between the court and (other) persons through the transmission of video signals in real time,” the Ministry said.

Earlier, on April 29, the Supreme court recommended to conduct a court session on videoconferencing.
