the Law “On the unified Federal register of information containing data about the population of the Russian Federation” was signed on 8 June 2020 and should enter into force on January 1, 2022-th. The regulations developed by the Ministry of Finance will operate at the same time.

All information will be supplied to the Federal tax service (FNS) within five days after occurrence of the birth certificate, Russian or foreign passport, citizenship, work permits and other documents. The system will be name, date of birth, kinship, the marriage documents and other data, confirmed by the enhanced qualified electronic signature of the authority or of the organization that sent the information.

When you receive the system information will pass format and logical control and then the test itself on. The rules also provide additional monthly checks data for consistency and errors. In case of detection of inaccurate information will be corrected within 10 business days.

As stated in the draft resolution, the operation of the system will not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of information and personal data.

Earlier, the Minister of communications Maksut Shadaev stated that no new information in the register shouldn’t all data, there will be shown, already contained in the various state information systems. The register will link the existing data.
