currently, the registry includes 371 website. The Ministry compiles a list and submits to Roskomnadzor, and also brings the list to operators. In the registry – resources from different categories, “communication services”, “aggregators socially significant information”, “national culture and traditions”, “continuing education and training” and others.
the project involves the participation of the five largest operators – “Rostelecom”, MTS, “VimpelCom” (brand “Beeline), MegaFon, er-Telecom, and a number of regional operators. Each of them provided an average access to more than 50 thousand unique users.
“We recorded the interest of citizens in the “social” package from the operators and has decided to extend the experiment until we work in the framework of legislative activities at the gratuitous provision of access to sites approved by the Ministry of the list”, commented stats-Secretary – Deputy Minister Lyudmila Bokova.
